Lipid network in country: functional/in development

FH programme: Polish national programme for the diagnosis and treatment of FH provides comprehensive care for patients with lipid disorders, searching for high-risk patients using the adapted Dutch lipid clinic network diagnostic criteria and Simon Broome Register criteria, perform genetic testing in probands and also cascade screening in families with FH patients with confirmed FH (clinically or genetically) remain under the care of professionals, who optimize their lipid-lowering therapy, they are also provided with regularly performed diagnostics e.g. echocardiography, stress testing, assessment of IMT and coronary CT for Calcium Scoring
